How to Use BreathBuddy
Train your lungs in 3 easy steps
Adjust the Resistance
Turn the resistance dial to your starting level. Beginners should start low and build up as their breathing strength improves.
Breathe In & Out Slowly
Place the mouthpiece between your lips. Inhale deeply through the device, then exhale fully — each breath should feel controlled and intentional.
Repeat for 2–3 Sets
Perform 2–3 sets of 10–30 breaths per session. That's it. You can train once or twice daily — before workouts, after recovery, or anytime you want to build endurance and control.
